Account Deletion
Delete your Fava account
If you can access the app, delete the account from Settings. If you cannot access the app, start a deletion request by email.
Delete in the app
- Open Fava.
- Open Settings.
- Open Account Management.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm deletion.
Request deletion by email
Email support@favamaps.com. To protect the account, we may ask you to confirm your sign-in method, display name, and a reachable email address.
Data deleted
- Profile information
- Visit records you created
- Following relationships
- Receipt images, visit photos, and profile images
- Identifiers associated with app use
Data that may be retained
We may retain reports, enforcement and block records, security logs, information required by law, and support history only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Timing
We process deletion requests within a reasonable period. Information in backups or logs is deleted when the ordinary retention period expires.
Important
After deletion, visit records, follows, and receipt-analysis history may not be recoverable.
